An experienced Senior Heavy Civil Estimator / Project Manager is needed to support various public and private projects in the Greater Philadelphia region.
As a key member of the team, you'll plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to ensure completion within the set timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities :
- Review plans and specifications to establish project requirements and deadlines.
- Prepare and submit detailed, accurate estimates within the provided time frame.
- Foster and maintain relationships with clients while soliciting bids and negotiating contracts.
- Lead and manage project staff, ensuring goals are met on schedule and within budget.
- Evaluate and prepare pricing for change orders as needed.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of an associate's degree or equivalent experience; five years of relevant heavy civil construction experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet usage, and specialized project software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Certified Professional Engineer (PE) designation and relevant safety certifications.
- 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, with regional familiarity.
