ROLE OVERVIEW
M-F : 7 : 30-8a start 3 : 30-4p finish daily
Support staff : 40 Full Time
2 dedicated support coordinators (1 for ea. Plastic Surgeon)
6 estheticians
2 massage therapists
2 Dermatologists
1 nurse in center on Plas. Surg side
4 full time RN’s
25 other operational personnel
Call :
2 hospitals in town : Up to you if you want to take call (will be compensated)
- If you get credentialed at one hospital, there is a min. of 4 Calls a month
- If you get credentialed here, there is NO minimum Call a month
Compensation
350k base + 25% on all collections over 1mil
If billing 2.6mil will make minimum of $750,000
if billing 3.2 mil will make minimum of $1,150,000
Want to build up to 14 cosmetic cases a month
