A company is looking for an Account Manager (AI & AR).
Key Responsibilities
Maintain customer relationships through onboarding, ongoing support, and strategic developments
Ensure successful platform use by providing training, demos, and regular communication
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and advise customers on suitable enhancements
Required Qualifications
Experience in account management, customer success, or sales, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
Fluent in German and English, with strong presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to convey complex technologies in an understandable and engaging manner
Strong affinity for AR / VR, AI, and digital innovations; proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Self-organized with a solution-oriented mindset
