The work, and what you'll do :
This role involves developing and implementing advanced data analytics solutions to extract actionable intelligence from complex cyber and SIGINT data.
You will be responsible for designing and building robust big data platforms, creating innovative data visualizations, and automating analytic processes using machine learning techniques.
Strong collaboration with customers is essential to ensure the developed solutions directly address their needs. Successful candidates will have a strong technical foundation in engineering and a passion for solving complex problems.
What you'll need :
- BS with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience. Equivalent work experience may be considered for highly qualified candidates.
- Strong Java programming skills with experience developing software in Red Hat Linux environments.
- Expertise in big data technologies including Hadoop, Hive, Pig, MapReduce, and NoSQL databases (HBase, CloudBase / Accumulo, Big Tables).
- Proficiency in distributed file systems (HDFS).
- Knowledge of IP protocols, network topologies, and GHOSTMACHINE analytic development.
- Experience with Jira, Maven, and Git.
Clearance requirement : TS / SCI with FS Polygraph (no clearance upgrades or CCAs). Please note, you MUST have the required clearance for consideration.
Location : Work performed onsite in Fort Meade, MD.
