We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an IT Business Analyst within the Healthcare / NHS industry, located in Sunrise, Florida.
The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks related to improving and streamlining business processes through the application of IT solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth user interviews to gather and document business requirements to guide the development of new systems and processes.
- Design and develop process flow diagrams and flowcharts to visualize and communicate business processes.
- Leverage tools such as Atlassian Jira for effective project management and Agile Scrum methodologies for iterative development.
- Create detailed user stories to guide the development team in creating solutions that meet the needs of the business.
- Use your understanding of Business Process Functions and Business Requirement Documents to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Apply your knowledge of the Healthcare Industry to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT solutions and make recommendations for improvements as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements to provide the most effective solutions.
- Work in a collaborative team environment to achieve common goals.
- Handle urgent tasks and be ready to start as soon as possible.
- Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Agile Scrum methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in Business Process Functions and Business Analysis
- Proven ability to prepare and interpret Process Flow Charts and Process Flow Diagrams
- Experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents
- Expertise in Gathering Requirements from various stakeholders
- Knowledge and understanding of the HealthCare Industry
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with IT and business teams to achieve objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or IT will be an advantage
