WHAT DOES AN INBOUND INQUIRY RESPONSE SPECIALIST DO?
As an Inbound Inquiry Response Specialist, you are responsible for triaging and converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from various web lead generation sources into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
You also have the opportunity to make a lasting first impression by personally connecting with prospective residents and their family members by setting up initial community tours.
By working closely with the directors of sales and marketing, as well as the executive directors of multiple communities, you help increase occupancy through designated processes and activities, all while adhering to our impeccable hospitality and service standards.

QUALIFICATION
The knowledge and skills required for the position are :
- A "can do" positive mental attitude along with strong organizational skills and intentional focus
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, interpret complex information, and talk with potential customers with confidence
- Ability to make an instant connection with potential customers
- Ability to make presentations to a variety of audiences
- Competent computer skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with others to achieve goals and objectives
- Ability to effectively manage time in a quick-paced environment and work independently to achieve goals
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of service delivery and prioritize customer needs
- Ability to keep an open mind and willingness to update preconceived opinions to accelerate forward action on the basis of new information
- A clear understanding that senior living sales and marketing is about increasing revenue and growing occupancy as we work to provide solutions to prospective residents, families, associates, and professionals
- Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, twisting, and upward reaching. Prolonged periods of standing and / or walking may be required.
Lifting objects may be required.
