We are seeking a motivated IT Operations Team Lead / Administrator to manage IT operations for a growing firm with about 130 staff members across two offices.
This role involves leading IT support, managing cloud resources, and mentoring another IT professional.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership : Guide and train IT staff, manage team tasks, and foster a collaborative environment.
Cloud Management : Oversee cloud services (AWS, Azure), ensuring reliability and scalability.
Technical Support : Provide tier-1 to tier-3 support, develop troubleshooting processes, and maintain documentation.
Project Management : Plan and execute IT projects, collaborate with departments, and recommend new technologies.
Security and Compliance : Implement IT security measures, ensure compliance, and conduct security audits.
Vendor Management : Manage relationships with IT vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality service delivery.
Budgeting and Planning : Assist in developing the IT budget and plan for future IT needs.
Incident Management : Utilize ConnectWise for IT operations and manage incident tickets effectively.
Qualifications
Education and Experience : Bachelor's in IT or related field, 5+ years in IT operations, 2+ years in leadership.
Technical Skills : Knowledge of AWS and Azure, IT security practices, legal practice management software, and ConnectWise.
Leadership and Soft Skills : Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
