Job Duties :
- Delivers exemplary hospitality for internal and external guests
- Develop standard recipes and techniques for raw food preparation
- Tends or operates and control equipment, such as kettles, cookers, vats and tanks, and boilers, to cook ingredients or prepare products for further processing.
- Exceeds SNHD guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment
- Maintains healthy relationship with resort leadership
- Effectively schedules line level staff to established pars
- Cognizant of the importance of waste control and limiting breakage
- All other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For :
- Must have at least one year of prior line cook experience.
- Must have some stir fry experience.
- Attended a formal training program and apprenticing in a raw kitchen.
- Must have SNHD Manager Card up to date.
- Must have TAM card up to date.
- Kitchen does include vulnerability to hot kitchen elements and cleaning products.
- Must know how to handle tools and devices used to prepare raw food and developing menu items.
