POSITION OVERVIEW :
Join our team at Guitar Center and utilize your skills as a Musical Instrument Repair Technician to provide maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments, as well as store-owned gear.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers, ensuring a positive experience, and complete warranty repair work.
Key Responsibilities :
- Service customer-owned instruments with high level of craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear, as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Additional duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements :
Skilled understanding of repairing musical instruments, including guitars
Preferences :
Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
