Qualifications
- 3 years of administrative support
- Previous experience and comfortable communicating with customers. 50%-email and 50% phone calls
- Inside sales experience and providing quotes
- Freight experience
- One- three years of experience in an administrative support role
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
- Must be able to balance tasks and duties based on priorities
- Strong, reliable and dependable work ethic
- Professional communication skills with staff, customers and sales network
- Detailed oriented
- Proficient in MS Office-Word, Outlook, etc
Responsibilities
- Be able to enter, process and assist with sales orders
- Provide timely quotes to our customer base (domestic and international)
- Help customers with product questions
- Assist customers with part inquiries
- Field inbound calls and emails for sales inquires
- Able to provide timely freight / shipping quotes
