Executive Administrative Assistant at a Top Workplace’

Join our life-saving mission! If you’re a proficient planner who can handle multiple projects at the same time while keeping up with a busy schedule, then you are just what we need! We are looking for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Sales Officer.

Job Responsibilities

  • Works directly with the CSO to support all aspects of their daily work routine.
  • Coordinate and manage the CSO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist the CSO in planning and organizing conferences, including booking venues, arranging travel and accommodation, preparing agendas and materials.
  • Collect and coordinate with Marketing team the review and updating of presentations for conferences and meetings to ensure they are consistent, accurate, and aligned to branding guidelines.
  • Screen incoming telephone calls
  • File important documents and communications of relevant information.
  • Draft correspondence and maintain confidentiality of emails and communications.
  • Collect and prepare information for use in discussions and meetings with C-Suite staff members and external audiences.
  • Stay current on company offerings and industry trends.
  • All other duties as assigned

Reporting Relationship

Reports to Chief Sales Officer

Preferred Education / Experience

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum two years of Executive Administrator experience

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Drive and energy to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong time management skills.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

PowerPoint and Excell Skills

Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

A team player with high level of dedication

Salesforce & Definitive Healthcare experience a plus.
