What we offer :
- Base : $4,000 / monthly + Commission (Draw against commission)
- Earning potential of $50k to $100K annually
- Full Time : 40 hrs. / 5-day work week (Monday Saturday : must be able to work retail hours)

Responsibilities :
- Provide outstanding customer service to determine overall design needs
- Work scheduled desk shifts to assist in answering phone lines & greeting customers
- Build strong client relationships & follow up with all new / existing customers
- Schedule appointments to have client design consultations within the showroom or their home & workplace
- Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided
- Gather space / area measurements, calculate number of materials needed, create / present project proposals for client approval & perform quality control throughout actives project
- Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability
- Provide notes & photographs to ensure clear communication with subcontractors
- Utilize social media platforms to build network
- Manage time between showroom and prospecting for new business
- Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays and common areas neat, current, and clean
Desired Skills & Qualifications :
- Valid driver’s license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
- Will need to pass a drug test (REQUIRED)
- Basic computer, social media & math skills
- Proper phone etiquette & positive attitude
- Desire to grow a business
- Ability to utilize various forms of communication to follow up with vendors & clients
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong personal & professional judgment
- Ability to respond quickly to customers’ needs & wants
- Strong organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Advanced time management skills & detailed oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to read floor plan drawings & create project estimates a plus (Willing to train)
- Knowledge of flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train)
