Hours : 5 : 45am-6pm Thurs, Fri, Sat, Every other Wednesday

What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Facilities Maintenance Technician? You’ll be :

• Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting facility systems such as the RO system, chiller system, pump system, compressed air system, and exhaust gas treatment system.
• Adjusting facility systems according to the BMS system.
• Performing preventative maintenance tasks to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborating with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to develop solutions for facility problems and optimization of systems.
• Adhering to safety protocols to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inspections.
• Staying updated on advancements in facility technology and industry best practices.
• Participating in lean manufacturing initiatives and contributing to continuous improvement projects.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, with completion of an accredited apprenticeship program or technical school preferred.
• Have proven experience in a similar role in industrial settings.
• Have strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles, codes, and regulations.
• Are proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals.
• Have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are committed to safety and adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
• Have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
