Night Shift Hand Finisher / Deburr
Defense & Aerospace Machine Shop
Location : (40th St & Southern) : 3617 E. La Salle St, Phoenix, AZ 85040
Bonus : Eligible for Quarterly Shop Bonus Plan
Shift : Night Shift : Monday - Thursday 3 : 30pm - 2am
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.
Basic Qualifications :
- DEBURR / HANDFINISH PARTS PER SKETCH / BLUE PRINT INSTRUCTIONS AND OR DEPARTMENT / LEAD / SUPERVISOR INSTRUCTIONS READ AND UNDERSTAND BASIC BLUE PRINT NOTES AND DEBURR SKETCHES
- COMMUNICATE AND FOLLOW VERBAL INSTRUCTIONS
Other experience that includes :
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE USING A MICRO BLASTER IS A PLUS
- THE USE OF MICROSCOPES
- HAND HELD AIR AND ELECTRIC DEBURRING TOOLS
- KNOWLEDGE AND USE OF DEBURRING ABRASIVES,AND BURRS FOR SEPCIFIC MATERIALS
Preferred Skills :
- MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE
- CLEANING OF PARTS AS NECCESARY
Physical Requirements :
- ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 20 LBS
- ABILITY TO SIT AT WORK STATION FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME
