Job Description :
- Supervises the day-to-day workflow of subordinate production workers.
- Reviews production schedules, material, and manpower resources.
- Assigns employees tasks to maximize productivity, minimize costs, and maintain quality.
- Directs staff through subordinate lead employees.
- Participates in establishing and modifying operational methods and processes by recommending changes in materials, equipment, and procedures.
- Performs advanced production tasks as needed.
- Reviews and compiles operations records, including floor inspection reports, and tool, equipment and supply usage, and safety reports.
- Participates in special projects, as required. Education Requirements :

- 8+ years of shipboard experience

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $21.97 - $36.70. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
