Position : CNC Lathe Machinist
Shift : 1st Hours : 7AM 3 : 30PM
Type : Full-Time Mode : Direct Placement
Pay Scale : $24 -32 / hr Industry : Manufacturing
Our Client is Seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist with experiences in Full-Setup Procedures, Operations, and performing Adjustments.
Candidates with Doosan, Okuma and Matsuura Experiences are preferred (not a requirement).
Job Responsibilities :
- Set up and operate CNC Lathe / Turning Machines, VTL’s and Mill-Turns (Doosan, Okuma, Matsuura).
- Performs Machine Adjustments and Troubleshoots Controllers / Machines / Processes.
- Works from Blueprint Requirements.
- Selects Tools, Sets Feeds and Speeds.
- Perform Inspection of Machined Parts using Precision Hand Tools.
- Able to work Independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Maintains a clean work environment and Shop Floor (Tools, Equipment, Machines, etc.)
- Re-orders Tools as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 Years of CNC Lathe Experience ( VTL, 2-Axis, Multi-Axis, Mill / Turns)
- High School Diploma OR GED OR Vocational Schooling
- Doosan, Okuma & Matsuura Experience.
