HRIS Integrations Analyst

Job Title : HRIS Integrations Analyst

Location : Remote EST time zone only (Supporting HQ in Somerset, NJ)

Industry : Pharmaceutical

Hours : Monday Friday 8AM-5PM

Salary : $ 82 / hourly

Employment Type : Contract

Job Duties May Include :

  • Support the development, detailed analysis, and maintenance of Workday Integrations with third-party and downstream systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Support Acquisition / Divestiture Initiatives on data migrations from / to Workday and subsequent integration impacts.
  • Work directly with key business and HR / IT / third-party stakeholders to establish requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and ultimately configure, test and deploy integrations solutions.
  • Provide guidance and recommend best practices to end users requests.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide resolutions for Workday Integrations related issues.
  • Assist HR Technology team in configuring and testing integrations that overlap with functional design or business process operations.
  • Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of integration configuration decisions.

Requirements :

Bachelor s Degree, preferably in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Management Information Systems / Computer Information Systems

3+ years of hands-on experience in Designing, Building, Testing, Deploying, and Troubleshooting Integrations in Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and Recruiting modules.

3+ years of experience in developing Workday Custom Reports, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, XSLT, and Workday Studio.

Workday Integrations and Workday Studio Certifications are strongly preferred.

Experience working with SAP

Workday implementations is a plus.

Strong critical thinking skills to understand complex, technical process issues and facilitate / influence decision making.

Ability to effectively manage multiple client requests and operate in a dynamic, growing, ecosystem with minimal supervision.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

In-depth knowledge of human resources principles and practices.

Superior client-focus and commitment to customer service.

Excellent organizational, teamwork, collaboration and communication skills and attributes
