JF Restaurants by Michelin-Starred and Award-winning Chef John Fraser is currently looking to fulfill an Event Steward with a genuine sense of warmth and hospitality to join the team at the Times Square Edition.
Key Responsibilities :
- Open availability
- Prior experience in a high volume establishment.
- Maintaining / cleaning all event FOH spaces.
- Transporting dirty dishes between bussing areas and dish pit.
- Vacuuming, mopping and sweeping floors.
- Setting-up, cleaning and maintaining event FOH spaces.
Physical Demands :
A significant portion of the work day requires walking and standing for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
on a regular and continuing basis. Must be able to exert well-paced ability in limited space and be able to bend, stoop, squat and reach.
