Spectrum Staffing Group is proud to partner with a leading company looking for a Benefits Administration employee who will be responsible for overseeing employee benefits programs, including enrollment, compliance, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer all benefits programs, manage open enrollment, and update benefits for life events in Workday.
- Serve as the main point of contact for benefits inquiries and assist with Workday's self-service features.
- Liaise with external providers to ensure smooth integration and resolve any issues.
- Stay current on regulations, perform audits, and generate benefits reports.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement updates in Workday to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of benefits administration experience.
- Proficient in ADP WFN and Workday, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws.
