Looking for a qualified candidate to be part of Qualcomm’s mobile finance team.

• Partner with the Corporate Finance team, Product Management team, Business Development team, and Sales team on financial strategic planning / budgeting.
• Be the finance liaison to work with the strategy and business team on business strategy development and execution, and competitive analysis.
• Work closely with all functions and regions within mobile BU, be a credible and influential Finance consultant / advisor to improve the BU profitability.
• Develop and manage influential relationships across internal functions (Finance, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Sourcing) to drive cross-functional goal alignment.
• Manage ad hoc and special analyses / projects for management team. Great opportunity in a high visibility role to provide analysis to executive team while working with other finance organizations across the company.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
• Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s one year, Doctorate two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 12+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
• 3+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above).
• 4+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Has experience in mobile or other semiconductor industry.

Pay range : $139,000.00 - $209,000.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.

Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
