Sr. Project Manager

Our client, a reputable Travel & Leisure company in Miami, Florida is seeking a Freelance Senior Project Managers to join their team in Miami.

This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision, effectively interface with external teams, and manage projects independently.

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in 360 agency environments and travel experience, ensuring seamless project execution from inception to completion.

Responsibilities :

Project Management : Lead and oversee all phases of project management, from initial planning and scoping through to execution and delivery.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Facilitate clear and effective communication, manage expectations, and build strong relationships.

Team Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring all members are aligned and working towards common project goals.

Provide guidance, support, and supervision as needed.

• Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and address any issues or obstacles promptly.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and client requirements. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to maintain project excellence.
• Reporting : Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications :

• Experience : Minimum 3 years of project management experience, with a focus on 360 agency and travel-related projects.
• Skills : Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira).
