Could you be the full-time onsite Process Performance Improvement Manager in Baltimore, MD, US we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive process improvement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, driven, and collaborative teammates.

You'll enable significant advancements in maintenance and business process efficiency within your role. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality Assurance), spearhead quality assurance activities, and much more.

We’ll look to you for :

Actively seeking process and quality improvements in the project at all levels, including developing, facilitating, and leading Kaizen’s,

Joining with the site management team to create and implement a business improvement plan to standardize processes for smooth maintenance and improved product quality,

Driving improvement in productivity and efficiency of Maintenance processes and Business processes through the management of tools and processes,

Providing support to the maintenance teams in eliminating process waste utilizing dynamic problem-solving techniques,

Undertaking investigations of repeat high profile rail equipment failures with our Reliability Engineer team focusing on root cause, trends, design, maintenance practices, materials, and training

Degree in Engineering or Continuous Improvement or related field,

Experience or understanding of best practice rail industry fleet management and maintenance techniques or continuous improvement background in an engineering or manufacturing environment,

Familiarity with the application of Kaizen methodology,

Knowledge of Business Improvement techniques and their application to achieve bottom line growth,

Ability to teach Lean and Quality methodologies to a diverse team,

Competence in leading business improvement plans and standardizing processes
