Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity within the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMS) Department, a part of Raytheon, for a Photolithography Support Engineer in the RFC Development Fab.
AMS develops, designs, and manufactures compound semiconductor devices, millimeter / microwave integrated circuits, focal plane arrays, and modules for defense and commercial applications.
Responsibilities to Anticipate :
- Support the research and development efforts of the department by performing Photolithography processing in the RF Components Development Fab.
- Coordinate with the Production Photolithography Workcenter or R&D Project Managers to execute on experiments related to new process development.
- Support overhead projects for the growth and sustainment of the Development Fab.
- Obtain and maintain additional program access as required.
- This role will be 100% on-site and based in Andover, MA.
- This position is for 1st Shift.
Qualifications You Must Have :
- Typically requires a Associate’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum 2 years’ of prior work experience or a minimum 5 years’ of prior work experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience with semiconductor device processing, including Photolithography.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.
S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
- Experience with semiconductor process integration.
- Experience working with SQL databases.
- Experience with statistical analysis software (JMP, Minitab, R, SPSS, MATLAB, etc).
- The ability to collaborate in diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to clearly communicate data and observations generated during processing.
- Ability to maintain process documentation.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
