JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Service Sales Representative Responsible for quoting & selling new auto insurance policies, renewing policies, servicing existing policies, and marketing for possible new business.
We seek to deliver Exceptional Customer Service to ALL our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18 years old
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus or required (depends on regional needs)
- Business professional attire
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Full time employment
- Pass State Licensing Requirements
- Good customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Goal oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to approach potential clients and offer our services
- Sales experience a plus but not necessary - Someone with the right attitude and good work ethic can be just as successful as someone with years of sales experience!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures proper vehicle tear down
- Determine repair time allotments and required labor operations
- Makes accurate repair / replace decisions
- Assess and applies pre-existing damage, completes accurate total loss evaluations
- Negotiates agreed price with shop decision maker and sets time bound expected completion date per Loya insurance standards
- Review and assess the validity of all supplement request
- Proactively provides customers with information regarding their vehicles cost of repair estimate and explains claims / repair process
- Maintains accurate vehicles cost of repair estimate and explains claims / repair process
- Completes timely estimates, supplements, and inspections
- Negotiates advanced fees for tow, tear down, and storage on all vehicles that are determined to a financial total loss at a repair facility or tow yard
- Adhere to our fleet policy
- Provide extraordinary customer service to all parties involved in the claims process
- Other duties as assigned by management or as needed
