If you are passionate about the Snow industry and are a dedicated individual, consider joining the TCLA team it may be the next best step in your career! We are looking for a Director of Snow Operations to lead the Snow Department in a manner that improves efficiencies and profitability.

- Oversee and lead the Snow Department and assist Area and Regional Managers.
- Attend and participate in ISO Team meetings.
- Lead Snow Operations meetings and training.
- Drive the Snow Operations Team to meet or exceed quality and production goals within the framework of ISO SN-9001.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of snow operations. To include pre-site inspections, preseason staking, response plan creation and review, post-site inspections, snow repairs, snow bin buildout, and equipment distribution, etc.
- Assist the Human Resources Manager in recruiting, staffing, and employee-related issues.
- Work with Administration, Sales, and Finance Staff to develop processes and systems that improve business practices.
- Mentor Area managers and staff. Conduct annual evaluations and hold Team Members accountable to the TCLA Core Values.
- Work with the Shop Manager to schedule and organize equipment and assets as well as recommends equipment and resource needs.
- Recruit, evaluate, form relationships, negotiate, and contract with snow Service Partners.
- Review snow proposals with the Sales Team and provide recommendations regarding contract pricing and implementation.
- Assist Area Managers and the Finance Team with inventory management.
- Assist in summer, office and promotional activities that best serve the long-term vision of TCLA.
- Work closely with the Director of Support on companywide initiatives.
- Assist Green operations during the summer (in a support role).
- Engage in continuing education activities, community, and industry outreach through ASCA, SIMA, MGIA, etc
Requirements :

- Thorough knowledge of the snow and landscaping industry

- Chauffeur’s license, ASCA-C certification for snow removal activities
- Core 3A, 3B, 6A certification is preferred
