As Director of Operations (DO) at RedViking, you will oversee all aspects of our World Class Manufacturing facility's supply chain and production operations.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient and cost-effective production of high-quality custom equipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities :
- Lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Integrate new production technology to stay at the forefront of industry advancements
- Collaborate closely with other departments to meet production targets
- Act as a management and technical mentor to Operations Department Managers, providing strategic, process, and resource management guidance
- Uphold and reinforce RedViking’s core values, working towards the successful execution of strategic objectives and overall operational effectiveness
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, engineering, or a related field preferred
- 7 years of management-level operation experience required
- Supply chain management and procurement experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing, integration, and production processes
- Proven ability to develop, construct, and implement processes, organizational structure, and execution tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to initiate and monitor several simultaneous projects
- Must be able to communicate clearly, articulately, and professionally with customers, upper management, and at all levels
- Must have appropriate schedule flexibility, sense of urgency, motivation, and versatility to make a substantial contribution to the organization’s success
- Willingness to work above and beyond to meet company goals
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Due to ITAR requirements and the nature of work performed within our facilities, sponsorship is not available for this role
