Housekeeper/Nanny

Position : Housekeeper / Nanny

Start Date : ASAP for Housekeeping , and after the NCS leaves, able to assist as needed with the baby, and be an extra set of safe hands!

Location : Moorestown, NJ

Looking after three cats :

Scooping cat litter (3x per week)

Refilling water (2x per week)

Refilling food dispensers (1x per week)

Household cleaning :

Unload dishwasher & hand wash certain kitchen items (3x per week)

Check and empty trash cans (3x per week)

Vacuuming and mopping floors (1x per week) - all of downstairs, staircase, upstairs hallway & office

Dusting surfaces (1x per week)

Cleaning main en suite bathroom & downstairs powder room (1x per week)

Clean kitchen sink (2x per week)

Clean kitchen range (1x per week)

Clean microwave (1x per week)

Wipe kitchen cabinets (1x per week)

General tidying (3x per week)

Laundry

Two adults - wash, dry, fold, put back (2x per week)

Baby laundry (if not already done by NCS; 3x per week)

Linen & towels - wash, dry, fold, put back (1x per week)

Linen change for one bed (1x per week)

Nice-to-have but optional

Meal prep Simple lunch (2x per week)

Washing and cutting fruit and vegetables (3x per week)

On occasion / when requested (can discuss reducing other responsibilities for the day / week when this is the case)

Clean & tidy guest bathrooms (2) and bedrooms (2)

Laundry and linen change for guest bathrooms

When family is traveling, still expected to show up, but with reduced responsibilities

Full pay is still guaranteed

Additional responsibilities :

Check mail / retrieve packages

Water indoor plants (1x per week)

Example tasks if there’s extra time

Vacuum sofas / couches to remove cat hair Collapse cardboard boxes for recycling Wipe ground floor windows Sweep garage floor Refill and organize drinks fridge Clean oven Clean outdoor furniture Clean basement floor

Requested Duration : 1 year minimum

Position Requirements

• Work Hours : Monday-Friday, guaranteed 11 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM, flexible to make it work
• Languages : Excellent English communication
• Must be up-to-date with vaccines (pertussis, flu, covid)
• Okay with cats (preferably likes cats)
• Experience : Years of Experience
• References : Minimum of 2 References
• Background : Background check upon contingent offer of hire
• MUST drive
• MUST live LOCAL

Position Compensation

• Salary : $36-$40. hour
• Living Accommodations : Live Out
