Sentry Ford Lincoln of Medford is seeking an experienced Deal Processor to join our office and accounting team! If you are looking for a full-time opportunity in an automotive accounting role, please apply and be a contributing and valued member of our accounting department team.

T his position requires a self-motivated individual with a strong level of organizational skills, an eye for detail, the ability to multitask, be a team player, and very dependable.

Responsibilities :

• Daily posting of new and used car deals
• Verify that funds have been collected
• Sales Consultants weekly payroll-commissions
• Reconcile all incentives and floor plan
• Stock in new vehicles
• Review and clean accounting schedules
• Posting and reconciling of extended warranties
• Other office tasks as assigned
• EVR Backup

Qualifications :

• Prior automotive industry experience preferred
• Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Knowledge of CDK or equivalent
• Proficient communication and organizational skills
• Ability to follow up on outstanding issues in a timely manner· .

• 8 hour day shift
• Monday to Friday

Education :

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience :

• Automotive Accounting : 2 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office / Excel : 1 year (Preferred)
• CDK / DMS : 3 years (Preferred)
