Sterling Engineering is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for a company located in Vernon Hills, IL that specializes in the designing and manufacturing of Surface Mount Technology equipment.

Job Duties :
- Daily contact with customers throughout North America
- Generate new leads and sales opportunities
- Follow up existing leads
- Regular contact with Sales management
- Support and drive conclusion of purchase orders
- Address customer inquiries, claims, and issues
- Coordinate with logistics for product delivery
- Communicate effectively to groups
- Travel domestically and internationally to visit customers
- Coordinate with other departments to address customer concerns
- Perform sales promotion according to guidelines
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in sales, including strong presentation skills
- 3+ years of commercial sales experience
- Previous sales experience of industrial equipment is preferred
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
