Pay Range : $45,000-$52,000 / year

What Winning Looks Like :

Demonstrating a high HQ (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.

Ownership of incident and insurance claim processing including :

  • Receive incoming incidents and analyze information for the best course of action consistent with Swickard risk strategies,
  • Contact stakeholders for additional information as needed
  • File insurance claims as needed and act as liaison between insurance carriers and stakeholders for efficient management / resolution of claim.
  • Research, gather / compile information and negotiate with carriers.

Other core responsibilities include :

  • Perform minor data entry, follow, and track incidents and / or claims to resolution and payment
  • Support Administration of Risk Management program to include data gathering for Carriers / Brokers.
  • Reporting of claims status / reimbursements / loss summaries.
  • Administer Safety Programs
  • Ownership of Environmental and Safety program working with environmental and safety vendors to ensure compliance and safe working conditions for our guests and employees.
  • Follows up with stakeholders to ensure tasks and deadlines are met. Connecting stakeholders with appropriate parties to assist with compliance.
  • Ensure compliance of periodic Safety Meeting requirements and follow up with stakeholders as necessary.
  • Support reporting requirements to various local / state / federal agencies.
  • Ownership of First Aid supply program
  • Other duties as assigned.
