Post-Closing Specialist-

The Post-Closing Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all closing conditions, laid out by the lender or their investor, are met after signing and that all transactions disburse timely and as scheduled.

The Post Closing Specialist will also process or service loan documentation and support, ensuring that all work has been completed and departmental deadlines have been met.

This is a great entry level opportunity with Silk. You will be stacking packages, scanning documents and packages, and overseeing any other general administrative skillsets.

Funding Specialist-

The Funding Specialist is responsible for timely payment of mortgages, taxes, insurance, recording fees, and any other disbursements associated with a real estate transaction.

The Funding Specialist receives escrow funds for all transactions and disburses funds in accordance with lender requirements, and local and national escrow requirements This candidate will be handling money- this is NOT an entry level opportunity.

This position requires attention to detail, high level energy, and the ability work later every day.

Recording Specialist :

The Recording / Policy Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all documents are recorded per requirements outlined and delivers the final title policy as requested

Title Specialist :

The Title Specialist is responsible for generating Silk’s title commitments, ensuring each document is accurate and consistent with the current information reflected in the public land records.

The Title Specialist is responsible for researching deeds, land records and other documents regarding land ownership. This position will involve a lot of data entry and computer-based work.

You will be working independently to analyze the analysis of data.

Curative Specialist :

The Curative Specialist responsible for obtaining all curative evidence necessary to clear items from title that would be impediments to issuing a clear title insurance policy at the close of transaction.
