Job Description : Genesis Concierge
Genesis of St.
Charles is seeking a motivated Concierge Technology specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their technology needs.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, has strong communication skills, and enjoys interacting with people.
Responsibilities :
- Welcome customers and assist them with their technology-related inquiries.
- Provide guidance and support to customers on various technological devices, such as smartphones, tablets, and their vehicle.
- Offer instructions on how to use different software applications and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed service and sales goals.
- Help with valet pickup
Requirements :
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field.
- Prior car experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various technological devices and software applications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
