Position Summary :
We are seeking a meticulous Construction Foreman to lead our client’s dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to solve problems effectively.
You will oversee the implementation of processes and systems, ensuring optimal results while managing and motivating team members.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and motivate field crews for top performance.
- Oversee landscape construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure quality workmanship that meets high standards.
- Proactively solve problems and keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain strong safety practices on the job site.
- Build positive rapport with clients and team members.
Qualifications :
- Strong background in landscape maintenance and landscaping.
- Previous supervising experience required.
- Expertise in lawn care, construction, tree care, groundskeeping, irrigation, gardening, and horticulture preferred.
- Leadership skills and maintenance knowledge essential.
- Ability to analyze situations effectively and make informed decisions.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Ability to commute to North Haven, CT 06473 required.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $25 - $35 per hour
Benefits :Schedule :
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
