  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 5 + years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven ability to develop strategic HR initiatives

What Your Role Will Look Like :

The HR Business Partner will be playing a key role in aligning our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs across the plant.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of HR practices and employee management and gear their expertise to deliver value-added service to leaders and employees

  • Assist employees and management in solving both day-to-day and larger-scale, work-related issues by gathering information, assessing potential risk, recommending appropriate solutions and / or advising management accordingly
  • Acts as a trusted partner to the business on strategic and operational HR issues, suggests new HR strategies, and provides HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Provide employee relations support such as conflict resolution, assisting and advising management on disciplinary action and performance improvement counseling
  • Provide employee engagement support by facilitating clear communication, change management, training and development resources, and coordinating activities and events
  • Assist management throughout the recruiting and hiring processes, ensuring all required documents, files and reports are prepared and processed in a timely manner
  • Review and process approved personnel actions including payroll, compensation changes, leaves of absence, etc.
  • Collect, review and prepare information for statistical and regulatory reporting, surveys, employee communications, process improvement, payroll processing, etc.
