We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is upbeat and genuinely enjoys helping people.

Position : Plastic Surgery Medical Assistant*
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of patient care experience in a clinic setting, is friendly, polished, well-spoken, and committed to offering outstanding customer service.
- Qualifications*
- CMA or RMA certificate highly desirable
- Training in plastic surgery assisting a plus
- Operating room experience very desirable
- Bilingual in Spanish desirable
- Essential Skills and Abilities*
- Prepares patients for examination by Surgeon; captures all vital signs, provides gown, takes photos, starts progress notes (Scribe) & other key indicators as directed, utilizing universal precautions
- Responsible for carrying out patient care directives instructed by the Surgeon to ensure quality patient care such as removing and applying dressing, applying garments, topical anesthetic, cold packs, etc.
- Triaging patient inquiries and concerns to determine appropriate party for follow up
- Discussing cosmetic surgery and treatment options with prospective patients
- Sterilizes instruments adhering to safety standards
This is a part-time position for Wednesdays and Fridays.
