This role provides administrative and clerical support to our Value Added Products team during the busiest time of the year.
Assignment Details :
- Hybrid work schedule
- 4-5 month assignment Part-time hours (20-25 hours per week)
- Hours are typically fall within the timeframe sometime between 8-5 M-F
REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES

- Spreadsheet work using Microsoft Excel
- Supporting quoting team on creating proposals
- Documenting customer information into our systems
- Recording data by filing and scanning
- Directing calls or respond to inquiries
- Scheduling appointments
- Working on projects as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and / or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- 2 or more years administrative experience in a professional environment
- Health insurance experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
