This is a remote position.
Position : Developer with Zoho One and Zapier Integration Expertise
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement Zoho One and Zapier integrations to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Customize Zoho One applications to meet specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs and propose effective solutions.
- Design and maintain automated workflows using Zapier to streamline data exchange between different platforms.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure seamless operation.
- Stay updated on Zoho One and Zapier updates and new features to leverage them for improved integration solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Zoho One and Zapier integration best practices.
- Work and analyze datasets in order to develop AI models to meet the incoming project of the company.
- Document integration processes, configurations, and workflows for future reference and training purposes.
- Conduct periodic audits of integrations to ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
- Continuously explore opportunities to optimize and enhance existing Zoho One and Zapier integrations for better performance and scalability.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Zoho One applications, including CRM, Desk, Books, Recruit, Billing, etc.
- In-depth understanding of Zapier and experience in creating complex automated workflows.
- Strong knowledge of APIs and webhooks to facilitate seamless data exchange between Zoho One and external platforms.
- Ability to design and implement custom solutions using Zoho Deluge scripting language.
- Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Experience in troubleshooting integration issues and debugging code.
- Familiarity with popular AI frameworks and libraries
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve integration challenges efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gather integration requirements.
- Attention to detail and the ability to ensure data integrity and security in integrations.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on the latest features and best practices in Zoho One and Zapier integration technologies.
