As the human resources specialist you will supportcritical functions within recruitment onboarding HR systems andbenefits ensuring that every step is efficient and compliant withapplicable laws and regulations.

KeyResponsibilities
- RecruitmentCoordination : Oversee the recruitment process for avariety of positions (exempt nonexempt student and temporary staff)including job postings resume reviews interviews reference checksand offernegotiations.
- OnboardingSupport : Guide new hires through benefits policiesand employment agreements ensuring all documentation is accurateand complete.
- HR SystemManagement : Support HR system upgrades andimprovements including testing and troubleshooting within the HRMSplatform.
- Leave and BenefitsAdministration : Assist employees in navigating leavepolicies benefit options and eligibilityrequirements.
- Employee Records& Reporting : Maintain accurate records in theHRIS and provide data for internalreports.
- Education Benefits &Workers Compensation : Coordinate tuitionreimbursement salary adjustments and workers compensation processesensuring clarity and compliance.
Position Requirements
- Experience : Minimum two years in HR with a focus on recruitment onboarding andHR systemmanagement.
- Education : Bachelors degree in HR business administration or relatedfield.
- Skills : Proficiency in HRMS and HRIS platforms proven ability to handlemultiple priorities in a fastpaced environment and a strong focuson accuracy andcompliance.
- Communication : Exceptional client service and communicationskills.
Compensation &Benefits
- SalaryRange : $51000 $70000 annually based onexperience.
