General Description
Lead Program Cross Functional Team (CFT) and coordinate all program functions and activities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. First point of contact for customer
2. Manage overall timing of project and milestones
3. Manage overall program budget
4. Participate in customer reviews : design / quality / specifications
5. Lead Global Cross Functional Teams
6. Support or maintain open issue list with customer
7. Lead PDT meetings with customer
8. Lead internal PDT meetings
9. Work with sales to support resolution of cost
10. Support cost reduction planning and implementation
11. Domestic and International travel as needed
12. Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
Work Experience :
1. 7-9 years automotive Program Management experience
2. One full development life cycle
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer
Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in MS Office products
- Excellent internal and customer facilitation and documentation skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Able to manage multiple projects
- Previous product experience a plus
