QUALIFICATIONS
- Clearance : ActiveTS / SCI
- Education / Experience : Bachelors degree in field related to tasking and 5 years ofrelevant experience or no degree and 14 Years of Relevantexperience
- Technical : Must be proficient in KM Best Practices and solutions developmentusing Microsoft 365 (DoD365) to include Office MS Teams SharePointOnline and the PowerPlatform.
- Communication : Requires strong verbal and written communication skills attentionto detail and the ability to stay organized and focused onpriorities in a dynamic and multifacetedenvironment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administers DoD365 environment for DoD CIOClient in accordance with Microsoft bestpractices.
- Assists with organizing and managingcontent in accordance with Knowledge Management bestpractices.
- Automates business processes usingDoD365 out of the box and Power Platformcapabilities.
- Acts as liaison with softwarevendors and technical experts for problem diagnosis andresolution.
- Gathers requirements designs buildstests debugs configures and documentssolutions.
- Provides assistance training androutine consultation to users to facilitate adoption ofDoD365.
- Provide support for SharePoint OnlineLists comprising the CommandandControl Data Model to ensure newdata elements are correctly incorporated and documented in the DataDictionary (SharePoint list).
- ProvideSharePoint out of the box solutions and support for data calls andcollaboration efforts to maintain and update the enterprisedecision structure for DoD CIOs PBR process on the SIPRNetSharePoint portal.
