Server - Hotel Weyanoke

The Hotel Weyanoke is currently looking for Full Time and Part Time professionals in the Food and Beverage industry .

Previous work experience involving guest service in a fast-paced environment is greatly desired.

What will be expected of you :

• Provide immediate and continuous service and attention to all guests upon seating.
• Set up and complete assigned side work, including inspecting all tables in the assigned section.
• Suggestive selling on menu items and highlight specials.

Take guest orders.

Special requests check with the kitchen first if it can be accommodated.

Place orders with the kitchen through POS.

Inform chefs / cooks about any special cooking instructions and or food allergies.

• Reset tables in your station and assist team members with their stations.
• Verify the accuracy of prices, state and federal taxes, tips, and other charges on all checks.
• Keep tables, FOH restaurant, and BOH clean at all times.
• Advise supervisor / manager of any complaints and act to resolve complaints.
• Perform clean-up, side work, and closing duties as assigned by supervisor / manager.
• Attend pre-meal meetings as requested by the supervisor / manager.

Qualifications :

• 1-year experience serving, beneficial
• Ability to work, weekends, weekdays, and holidays
