Law firm is seeking a Practice Assistant to support the Private Equity group.
Responsibilities :
- Prior experience in Venture Capital and Emerging Companies, preferred
- Schedule domestic & international travel arrangements, including hotel & transportation
- Process expense reports, reimbursements & invoices
- Attorney timekeeping & billing
- Conflicts / new business intake
- Distribute incoming mail / packages; handle outgoing mail / packages
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree
- Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe required
- At least 5-10 years of large law firm experience required
- iManage a plus
