Key ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic planning, design, implementation, and administration of US and global benefits programsManage third-party relationships and compliance requirements for benefits programsSupport the leave administration process and ensure accurate documentation of leave requestsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training / experience with a minimum of 5 years' experience in US Benefits and Leave programsDemonstrated benefits administration experience, including knowledge of health and welfare plans and leave practicesExperience working with an enterprise HRIS application, such as ADP Workforce NowFoundational knowledge in Excel and spreadsheet proficiencyAbility to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
