Description
The Manager, Revenue Managementis responsible for defining and operationalizing the pricing and revenue management strategy for CEC Entertainment's businesses, including Fun Centers, restaurants, and arcades.
This role involves collaborating with IT, the POS team, marketing, and operations to implement tests and pricing initiatives.
Essential Job Functions :
Develop and implement pricing and promotion strategies to improve profitability
Identify and leverage opportunities to increase revenue from games andmenu items
Train marketing and operations on strategic revenue frameworks
Manage product pricing across various channels and promotions
Utilize data analytics to identify new revenue opportunities and design validation tests
Collect and analyze market intelligence on pricing risks and opportunities
Conduct sales analyses of key marketing and restaurant programs
Provide stakeholder management and executive reporting on revenue management
Collaborate with IT, POS team, marketing, and operations on pricing tests and initiatives
Develop and maintaina strong understanding of the financial impact of revenue initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong logical and analytical reasoning capabilities
Advanced proficiency with Excel; SQL highly preferred
Strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
Education and Work Experience
3+ years of experience in revenue management within restaurants, hospitality, airlines, or similar industries
BA or MA degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Physical Demands
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear for extended periods
Frequent use of hands to handle objects or telephone
Occasionally required to climb, lift, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
Extensive use of a computer and paperwork
Work Environment
Work is performed at the CEC Entertainment corporate offices in Irving, Texas
Interaction with members at all organizational levels, vendors, and the public
Requires a professional approach and demeanor under all conditions
