Job Description

As a Senior Sales Planning Product Owner on ServiceNow’s GTM Anaplan Team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting key business solutions and processes on the Anaplan platform.

This position is essential in our fast-paced, high-tech environment, utilizing cutting-edge technology.

In this role, you will contribute to enterprise-wide strategic programs and major transformations across various business functions.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with extensive project execution experience in a high-growth organization, adept at managing complex enterprise programs.

You will be the primary contact for business requirements, testing validation, process improvement, and documentation.

What you will get to do :

Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to evaluate business capabilities within their functions

Lead the development of future-ready GTM business systems, leveraging your expertise in processes and methodologies

Oversee the Enterprise Business Planning Transformation program, including roadmap design, service delivery model, business case, project milestones, and deliverables, while integrating best practices and technology solutions

Partner with business teams to develop delivery roadmaps, define and document business processes, and establish system requirements

Engage in end-to-end system implementation projects, including requirements documentation, solution design, system configuration, test documentation / execution, and issue resolution

Plan and prioritize system enhancements and support and upgrade implemented systems
