The Position :

A Swim Instructor at British Swim School teaches swim lessons to children and adults, starting at 3 months old using our fun, gentle and progressive methods.

You will receive extensive training to build your confidence and ability to work with a variety of swimmers and abilities.

Having fun and interacting with our swimmers is an important part of the role! A strong focus is placed on providing survival swim techniques living out the British Swim School mission and making a big impact on decreasing drowning.

• Loves working with and teaching kids
• Has a passion for the water and swimming
• Is a people person who can communicate effectively and build relationships with both children and parents
• Has the ability to follow British Swim Schools curriculum to ensure safe and competent lessons
• Loves to have fun, sing songs, and play games and celebrate achievements
• Enjoys working with a team of fun, caring, compassionate, and supportive people
• Prefers to set their own schedule
• Is passionate about teaching survival skills and saving lives
