Lead engaging and interactive fitness class sessions for individuals with physical disabilities and / or neuro diversity, with or without their personal service worker.
- Support and guide participants in their fitness process
- Foster positive and inclusive classes, adapting to the skill level of participants.
- Provide a fun and safe environment
- Communicate well with personal service workers. And communicate to participants, in multiple ways, the plan for class and how to participate at their level of ability.
- Effectively set up a space for class and be practiced in deescalating situations.

Experience :
2+ years experience working with children and adults with special needs : Autism, neurodiversity, physical disabilities, etc.
Qualifications :
- National Accredited Fitness Certification
- Current CPR / AED certification or to be completed within 30 days of employment
- A passion for this part of our community, an interest to serve them well, and help the program to grow.
Schedule / Availability : Primarily weekday afternoons
