We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Community Association Manager (Portfolio) in our South Georga market.
The Portfolio Manager is responsible for the overall supervision of the associations they manage. They are responsible for coordinating with the Board of Directors, vendors and the Sentry Home Office to provide exemplary customer service while maintaining and achieving company goals.
Responsibilities Include :
Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting the needs of each assigned Board and CommunityAttend, prepare for and participate in annual and general meetingsManage vendor proposals and contracts, risk management, insurance, and maintenance and architectural requests and approvalsCoordinate employees such as janitorial, maintenance, administrative, and othersCollect all invoices and code for payment, and follow-up on monthly assessments dueServe as liaison between association boards and legal counselPrepare manager reports and financial summaries to boardsManage the onboarding and exit of associationsApplicants Must :
Maintain licensing in some statesHave previous Community Management ExperienceBe professional, organized and self-motivatedPossess strong written and verbal communication skillsHold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving recordHave a proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skillsBenefits and Compensation :
