We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented In-Store Marketing Coordinator / Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our In-Store Marketing and Retail Manager by assisting in project management, customer engagement initiatives, merchandising, and store-level data analysis.

This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in data analysis, and the ability to manage relationships with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) providers.

The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in field or corporate retail, a passion for consumer electronics, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires approximately 30% travel to oversee in-store activities and ensure consistency in execution.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Project Management :
  • Assist in the execution of in-store marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and brand standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, sales, and marketing, to support retail initiatives.
  • Track project timelines, communicate updates, and manage deliverables.
  • Customer Engagement :
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement customer engagement strategies within retail environments.
  • Gather customer feedback from in-store events to optimize future campaigns.
  • Merchandising Support :
  • Work with merchandising teams to ensure proper placement of products and marketing materials.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor execution, product availability, and compliance with merchandising guidelines.
  • Store-Level Data Analysis :
  • Analyze store-level sales data and customer insights to inform business decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve retail performance.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the Retail Manager and other stakeholders.
  • 3PL Management :
  • Collaborate with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely delivery and distribution of promotional materials and products.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Reporting and Insights :
  • Generate weekly / monthly reports on store performance, campaign effectiveness, and logistics.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement through detailed data analysis.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in field or corporate retail, preferably in consumer electronics or a related industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, with the ability to manage large datasets.
  • Experience with retail analytics tools and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with 3PL providers and understanding of logistics processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, including store visits and meetings with retail partners.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in consumer electronics or related industry.
  • Knowledge of retail marketing strategies and in-store customer engagement tactics.
  • Familiarity with analysis software or tools Power BI
