Job Responsibilities for the Director of Finance :
- Lead the FP&A function
- Own the consolidated corporate financial model
- Collaborate with several departments to provide timely and accurate forecasting and analysis
- Support Investor Relations in developing materials and preparing leaders for quarterly earnings calls
- Develop and implement strategies to improve corporate FP&A processes
- Develop and manage processes to monitor pricing strategies, analyze cost drivers and provide insights to drive financial performance
Job Requirements for the Director of Finance :
- Bachelor's degree required and an MBA or CPA is highly preferred
- 8+ years of core FP&A experience
- 3-5 years minimum in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and cost accounting - understanding of COGS and bill of materials
- Proven ability to drive profitability through revenue optimization and cost management
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Experience working for a large company with a high volume of data
- Advanced proficient in a large ERP and financial software
- Manufacturing, consumer goods, retail or food and beverage industries highly preferred
